Seasonal Chef’s Tasting Menu

For the best culinary experience, we invite you to enjoy our Seasonal Chef’s Tasting Menu. Our chefs feature locally sourced ingredients and highlight flavors from cultures around the world.

Reservations for our Chef’s Tasting Menu require a 24-hour advance notice and a credit card number to hold on file. Due to the detailed preparation that goes into each tasting menu, day-of cancellations for our Chef's Tasting will incur the full charge ($185/person, plus tax). Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to having you join us soon. 

Any allergies or dietary restrictions require a 48-hour advance notice so that we may create a memorable experience for you and your guests. Our chefs are also happy to create vegetarian tasting menus.

Dinner Menu

Featuring seasonal shared plates and larger-fare dining options.

Our dinner menu is comprised of bite-size options; small plates that can be enjoyed by combining several for a meal for one, or shared between guests; and larger entree-size options. Chef Kevin places an emphasis on selecting the freshest seasonal ingredients and takes inspiration from his own heritage and the flavors of the Islands.

Chef Kevin Lee’s bread program is the highlight of the lunch menu. His repertoire of eight types of bread is all baked in-house, including sourdough soup bowls, ciabatta sourdough for classic sandwiches and potato buns for our 90-day dry aged beef burger! Vegetarian options available.
