Our Summer Chef’s Tasting Menu is inspired by local Hawaii dishes, but of course with Chef Kevin Lee’s creative twist of each dish!.
Any allergies or dietary restrictions require a 72-hour advance notice so that we may create a memorable experience for you and your guests. Our chefs are also happy to create vegetarian tasting menus. How many varieties of vegetarian courses can you enjoy? Come find out.
Dining solo, have a date, or getting together with friends? We’d love for you to join us! Our chefs have created delicious plates to share. Each item has a story and our menu is globally inspired. Travel from Morocco (Chermoula Salmon) to India, from Asia to Hawaii and to Europe.

Chef Kevin Lee’s bread program is the highlight of the lunch menu. His repertoire of eight types of bread is all baked in-house, including sourdough soup bowls, ciabatta sourdough for classic sandwiches and potato buns for our 90-day dry aged beef burger! Vegetarian options available.
